Built in 1903, The Loft on Pine is a chic urban venue in the heart of downtown Long Beach. With over 10,000 square feet of wood floors, iconic columns, old brick walls, and vaulted “barn like” ceilings with skylights, The Loft on Pine’s impeccably restored Great Hall attracts couples seeking a unique historical setting for their wedding. With only one event at a time, you are afforded complete privacy and the opportunity to make The Loft your own.
For wedding ceremonies, the bride makes her way down the third floor staircase into The Great Hall for “I Dos”. Guests are then entertained in the downstairs Gallerie for cocktails and appetizers. A large built in bar adorned with a grand chandelier is the center focal point. Guests are then invited back up to The Great Hall for dinner and dancing. A built in bar on the second floor anchors the western end of the loft. It is the perfect place to lounge or host a photo booth or dessert station.

From fabulous cocktail parties for 450 to intimate gatherings for 50, the Loft on Pine is the perfect vignette. Conveniently located in Downtown Long Beach, The Loft on Pine is freeway close, within walking distance of the Metro train station and offers ample city parking.
The Loft on Pine encompasses four floors; The Bridal Suite on the 3rd floor, Great Hall and Loft on the 2nd floor, Gallerie and restrooms on the 1st floor, and Groom’s Room in the Basement. Our Facility Fee is based on 3 hour load in, 5 hour event time and 1 hour load out. The Loft on Pine includes use of our vintage furniture, seating tables and chairs, and two built-in bars. Our capacity for a ceremony & reception is 225, reception only is 325 and standing cocktail party is 450.
